Weight loss progress

Woohoo!
Well I've lost a kilogram in a week :)
I'm happy with that. I've been under my calorie goal every day except for one and actually been getting my 5 a day every day. I feel better for it already!
Now, the tricky part will be in a couple of weeks. I've always given up at that point before and this time it coincides with going away to a conference where I get fed and can eat what I like. That will not be easy.
